High-Speed Variable Top-Feed Compatibility: Fully compatible with premium lockstitch machine heads such as the JUKI DLU-5490N-7 bottom-and-variable top-feed lockstitch machine, equipped with microcomputer-controlled electronic pullers for single-ply edge rolling and curling.
Ergonomic Operator Control: Features single-touch start and stop pushbuttons, quick-access forward and backward feed jog switches, and an ergonomic triple-pedal array for hands-free operation.
Multi-Process Modular Tooling: Quick-change puller and folding guide fixtures allow fast transitions between side hemming, bottom hemming, European full-lining, decorative lace insertion, and rope piping attachment.
Fully Customizable Bed Configuration: Built on an extended 4.0-meter rolling conveyer table platform that can be tailored to custom plant layouts and oversized textile formats.
